Who is responsible for your information
Alison Wright Healing is operated by Alison Wright. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to alisonwrightconsulting@gmail.com.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you contact or work with Alison, this may include:
- your name, email address, telephone number and country or timezone;
- appointment type, date, time, booking history and communication preferences;
- payment status and transaction references, but not your complete card details;
- messages and enquiries you choose to send;
- completed intake and consent forms, including health and other sensitive information you voluntarily provide; and
- notes and records reasonably needed to provide and administer your sessions.
How information is collected
Information may be collected when you use the website contact form, book through Cal.com, pay through Stripe, communicate by email or messaging service, attend a Google Meet session, or return intake and consent documents directly to Alison.
Please do not include health or other sensitive information in the public website contact form. Health information should only be sent using the intake process provided after booking.
Why information is used
Personal information may be used to:
- respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
- arrange, confirm, reschedule and provide sessions;
- process or verify payments, credits, refunds and package eligibility;
- understand your stated needs and personalise your session;
- send booking information, Google Meet details, intake documents and service messages;
- maintain appropriate business, session and financial records; and
- meet legal, safety, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution obligations.
Health information and consent
Completed intake and consent forms are not collected, processed or stored by this website. They are returned directly to Alison using the separate intake process provided after booking.
Health information is sensitive. Alison collects it only when it is reasonably needed to understand your circumstances and provide the service you request, and with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may choose not to provide information, but this may limit whether a session can be provided safely or appropriately.
Alison Wright Healing provides complementary wellness services and does not use health information for medical diagnosis or emergency care.
Service providers and international processing
Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the service, when you request or authorise it, or when required by law. Providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you live. Current services may include:
- Cal.com for scheduling and booking communications;
- Stripe for secure payment processing and fraud prevention;
- Google for Google Calendar, Google Meet and email services; and
- FormSubmit for delivery of website contact-form messages.
These providers operate under their own privacy terms. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored by this website.
Storage, security and email
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure. Although intake data is kept entirely outside this website, no internet transmission, email service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Intake and consent documents are currently exchanged by email. Please confirm the recipient address before sending them and use a password-protected document where practical. Send the password by a different communication method, not in the same email.
How long information is kept
Client and session records are retained for continuity of care, administration, legal and record-keeping purposes. Alison currently retains these records indefinitely unless applicable law requires a different period or secure deletion is appropriate following a valid request. Information that is no longer reasonably required should be securely deleted or de-identified where practicable and legally permitted.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, restrict or delete personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing. Some information may need to be retained for legal, financial, safety or record-keeping reasons. Requests should be emailed to Alison, who may need to verify your identity before responding.
Cookies and external links
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Links to booking, payment, social-media and other third-party services are governed by those providers' own privacy and cookie policies.
Changes and concerns
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published here. Please contact Alison first with any privacy concern so it can be considered and addressed promptly.
